1. About TGP

TG Professionals ("TGP", "we", "us" or "our") is operated by TG PROFESSIONALS FZ-LLC.

Registered address: F0B51697, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Current courses are Strategic Business Reporting (SBR) and Advanced Audit & Assurance (AAA). We may add courses and services in future.

2. Eligibility

Students of different ages may enrol. TGP does not impose a general minimum-age restriction. Where a student is a minor, any required parent or guardian involvement, consent and contractual requirements must be met under applicable law.

3. Enrolment and automatic access

After successful payment, course access is provisioned automatically and credentials are sent to the email address entered at enrolment. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder. If access is missing, contact [email protected]. Students are responsible for providing a correct email address. Course inclusions and access duration depend on the course and batch purchased.

4. Strict prohibition on sharing

Course-access sharing is strictly prohibited. Accounts are for the enrolled student's personal educational use only. Do not share, transfer, sell, rent or provide credentials or access to another person. TGP uses piracy-monitoring and security mechanisms. If monitoring detects activity indicating unauthorised sharing, access may be automatically blocked or suspended. If blocked, contact support for review; restoration is not guaranteed. Do not bypass or interfere with monitoring or security mechanisms.

5. Device and login policy

You may access the course at any time during your authorised access period, subject to platform availability. Use Safari or Google Chrome and your own student dashboard. Only one device or active session may be used at a time. Do not share your account. For legitimate access problems, contact support.

6. Paid WhatsApp group

Where included, only one phone number per student can be registered in the paid WhatsApp group. Group access is personal and non-transferable. Number changes require verification and approval.

7. Fees, currency and third-party charges

Prices and currencies are displayed at checkout. TGP may update course prices, promotional offers and displayed INR equivalents, including to reflect changes in USD exchange rates. The checkout price at the time of purchase applies, subject to genuine errors and applicable law. TGP does not itself charge an additional conversion fee unless disclosed as a TGP charge. Banks, card issuers and payment providers may impose their own conversion fees, exchange-rate mark-ups or transaction charges; TGP does not control those third-party charges, subject to applicable law.

8. Discounts and offers

Check that an eligible discount is applied before payment. If you enrol without applying a discount, TGP is not ordinarily required to refund the difference or apply it retrospectively. If a new offer or lower price appears after purchase, you are not ordinarily entitled to a refund of the difference or an additional discount. This remains subject to applicable law and written offer terms.

9. Student-to-student resale

Course access is personal and non-transferable unless TGP authorises a transfer in writing. Reselling course access without written authorisation is prohibited. TGP is not a party to private student transactions and will not ordinarily compensate either party for payment disputes, non-delivery or access problems arising from unauthorised resale. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Refunds and extensions

Purchases are subject to the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and Course Extension Policy. Extensions are not automatic and depend on eligibility, deadlines, approval and fees. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

11. Intellectual property

Course videos, recordings, notes, presentations, assignments, mock exams, solutions, planners, website content, graphics and branding are owned by TGP or used with permission. Access is limited, personal, non-transferable and for educational use during the authorised period. Do not copy, record, publish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit materials without written permission, except where law permits.

12. Conduct and outcomes

Students must use services lawfully and communicate respectfully. Fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorised access, disruption, piracy or misuse of groups may result in proportionate restrictions, subject to law. TGP provides examination preparation but does not guarantee results, marks, qualifications or career outcomes. Students must verify official examination information with ACCA. References to ACCA do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated and verifiable.

13. Third-party services and availability

Services may rely on third-party learning, payment, communication, hosting and video platforms, whose terms may also apply. We aim for reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Contact support if an issue materially affects a purchased service.

14. Privacy, changes and suspension

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. TGP may restrict or suspend access where reasonably justified by suspected piracy, sharing, fraud, security concerns, non-payment or material policy violations. We may update courses, prices and terms, giving notice of material changes where required or appropriate. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights accrued under law.

15. Complaints and governing law

Contact [email protected]. These Terms are governed by applicable UAE laws, subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to the transaction. Disputes will be handled by a competent court or authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.
