3. How we use information

We may use information to administer accounts; provide courses and support; manage classes, assignments, mock exams and progress; process payments and prepare invoices; respond to enquiries; maintain security and investigate suspected fraud or sharing; improve services; send course/service communications and permitted marketing; comply with law; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Legal basis

Where required, processing relies on an appropriate legal basis, such as contract performance, legal obligation, consent or another lawful basis. Consent may be withdrawn subject to law; withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

5. Sharing information

We may share relevant information with providers needed to operate our services, including Learnyst and other learning-platform providers, Stripe and other payment processors, website hosts, technical providers, WhatsApp and other communication services, business software providers, professional advisers, auditors and authorities where legally required or appropriate. We limit disclosures to relevant purposes and apply safeguards where required. We do not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product. We may also disclose information where required by law, to investigate fraud, protect rights and safety, or facilitate a lawful business transfer.

6. International transfers

TGP serves students internationally and may use providers operating in other jurisdictions. Information may be transferred to or accessed from countries outside your residence. Where law requires safeguards, we will take the required measures.

7. Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary for course delivery, account administration, payment reconciliation, invoicing/accounting, legal compliance, disputes and security. Periods vary by category and legal requirements. When no longer needed, information will be deleted, anonymised or securely restricted, subject to lawful retention and technical limitations. We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information, but no electronic system is guaranteed completely secure.

8. Cookies

Our website or third-party services may use cookies for operation, preferences, analytics and, where enabled, marketing. Actual technologies depend on website configuration and integrations. Where required, consent should be obtained for non-essential technologies. You can also manage cookies in your browser.

9. Marketing

Where permitted, we may send information about courses, revision programmes, events and TGP services. You may opt out through available unsubscribe options or by contacting us. Essential enrolment, payment, security and support communications may continue.

10. Privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; request portability where applicable; or complain to a competent authority. Email [email protected] with subject Privacy Request. Identify your account and request; we may verify your identity first.

11. Children's privacy

TGP does not impose a general minimum enrolment age. For minors, collection and processing of information and use of services must comply with applicable law, including any required parent/guardian involvement or consent. Contact us if you believe a child's information was processed improperly.

12. Third parties and updates

Third-party platforms may process information under their own privacy policies and terms. We may update this policy as our services, systems or legal obligations change. The updated version will show a revised date, and further notice or consent will be provided where required.
