1. General refund policy

TGP maintains a strict no-refund policy. After enrolment and payment, refunds are not ordinarily available because a student changes their mind, does not use the course or cannot complete it. This applies to SBR, AAA and future courses unless specific written terms provide otherwise. Nothing here excludes a refund or remedy required by applicable law.

2. Discounts and later offers

Check that an eligible promotional code has been applied before payment. If you enrol without applying a discount, TGP is not ordinarily required to refund the difference or apply it retrospectively. If a new offer or lower price is announced after enrolment, you are not ordinarily entitled to a refund of the difference or an additional discount. Applicable law and specific written offer terms prevail.

3. Cancellations

A cancellation request does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Check the course and examination session before purchasing.

4. Duplicate payments and discrepancies

If you believe you were charged twice, paid the wrong amount or experienced a payment-processing error, email [email protected] with your transaction reference and supporting evidence. TGP will review the issue and act in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

5. Technical issues

If you cannot access a purchased course, contact support with your registered email, course name and a description or screenshot. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate. A technical problem does not automatically guarantee a refund, but any remedy required by law remains available.

6. How to raise a concern

For an emergency, payment concern or request requiring review, email [email protected]. Include your name, registered email, course and batch, payment date and transaction reference, a full explanation, and supporting evidence. TGP will review the case and determine next steps under policy and law. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund or exception. Never send passwords, full card details or security codes.

7. Extensions

Extensions are governed by the separate Course Extension Policy and are not refunds.

8. Applicable law

This policy operates subject to applicable UAE law and mandatory consumer protections. Where a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right prevails.
