1. One extension only

A student enrolled in an eligible full course batch may take only one extension from the original enrolment, either free or paid, to the immediately following eligible examination-session batch.

Example: a student enrolled in the December full batch may extend to March, free if eligible or by paying the applicable extension fee. Once this extension is used, no further extension to June or a later batch is permitted under the original enrolment. To study in June, the student must purchase a new full course enrolment.

Extensions are not automatic and must be requested within the announced deadline. Post-result batches and crash courses are not eligible. All requests are subject to eligibility, approval, deadlines and availability.

2. Free extensions

Where available, TGP will communicate the extension window and instructions through the paid WhatsApp group or another official channel. Submit the form within the announced window. Where specified, it may remain open for approximately 48–72 hours. A window announced for one batch does not automatically apply to another.

3. Paid extensions

Where permitted, the fee is 30% of the applicable course fee. Payment must be made as instructed before processing. Payment or submitting a request does not itself constitute approval.

4. After approval

Access will be transitioned to the next eligible batch. Classes, recordings, resources and support follow the arrangements for that batch and may differ from the current batch. The student may be moved to the next-batch paid WhatsApp group.

5. Deadlines and examination cutoffs

Students must follow the deadline communicated for their batch. Missing an examination or being marked absent by the examining body does not automatically create an entitlement to an extension.

6. Exceptions and contact

If you believe an administrative error or exceptional circumstance affected your request, email [email protected] with your registered email, course, batch and supporting evidence. Exceptions require approval by the authorised TGP team. An enquiry or pending request is not approval.

An extension is not a refund or cancellation. The deadline and terms communicated for your batch should be checked before submitting a request.
